Hey Girl Earring Co. accepts payment via Apple Pay, most major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is expected upon ordering and items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.



Shipping is $4 flat rate nationwide and free for orders over $150.

Items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is made to order or a custom item, turnaround time could be anywhere from 2-6 weeks.


Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless the customer selects an alternative shipment method, with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers emailed to you on the same day of shipment.

Use the chart below for an estimation of how many days your order will take to arrive when USPS Priority Mail is selected at check out.


International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International with delivery confirmation for specific countries. Please note that, as the buyer, you will be responsible for any custom and duty fees that may be incurred. we will not mark your package as a gift or declare a lower value.


If you would like to insure your package or need priority/express shipping, please email us at the time of purchase.


All orders are packaged with care, ready to gift or keep for yourself! If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we will be more than happy to include a personalized message or gift tag to the recipient. Just leave a note at checkout with your message.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@shopheygirl.com, within 3 days of receiving an item and we can discuss a suitable option. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after 30 days.

We will exchange an item or refund your money in full, less the cost of shipping, once the item has been returned to Hey Girl in its original condition. Note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation must be included with the return shipment. If returned items arrive damaged, refunds/exchanges will not be given. If an item is exchanged, the cost of shipping the new item will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we are only able to accept exchanges for items already available in the shop.

Please understand that we no longer have control over an item once it has departed Hey Girl headquarters, but we will do my best to accommodate you if an item is lost or damaged. If this occurs, a refund or exchange may be given.

If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, including the outer and inner packaging, and immediately email us at hello@shopheygirl.com Further action will be discussed at that time.



Any full priced items purchased with a discount code are available to return for store credit.  Any sale items purchased with a discount code are final sale.
